Due to Coronavirus infection, which causes shipping time maybe delayed. We’re working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible, while caring for the health and safety of everyone. We have notified some changes about shipping information below:

  • Production Time: All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days.
  • Processing Time: It takes 1 – 2 days to ship your order from our warehouse to logistics companies.
  • Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 7 – 12 business days (depends on shipping method) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
  • Tracking Number: When available, we will send you a tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
  • Worldwide Shipping Available: In Wingdecor, we ships products to over 100 countries worldwide. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on your country or region.
  • Return & Exchange: If you are not happy with your purchase, we will work to correct the problems. Items can be returned/exchanged and get Refund within 30 days of delivery date. (Please check our Return & Exchange Policy below).
  • Insurance: Commit to refund 100% if not receive after 45 days.
  • Notice: – Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. There’s no extra charge for this. – In some cases, we will contact you via email to confirm order quantity or credit card fraud investigation before produce.

Return & Exchange Policy: If your product is defective or not described, don't worry. Just send us an email at customer@wingdecor.com and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.
